How should I display my posters to make the biggest impact?
The most important rule is to display only one poster theme at a time. However good the posters are (and you've have chosen some of the best available) even these will blend into the wallpaper after 4-6 weeks. So to keep your campaign fresh, ensure you change the poster theme after at least two months. This way your series of six posters will last you a whole year. Then you can start again or buy a new set.
It is not a good idea to put all the posters up at once, say along a corridor. You will bombard your staff with too many messages!
Think about where you position the posters - the Health and Safety notice board is not always the best place. Think about areas where staff will be hanging around - in the lift / the wash rooms / the canteen. It can be very effective to place a specific theme close to the risk. For instance a manual handling poster near to where paper is stored for the photocopier.
Can we expect to see any new poster sets on this site?
Yes, we are developing new sets that will include:
- Advice on running a sustainable office
- A set focusing on the manufacturing industry to include food hygiene
- More about driver safety
We are also looking to develop a range of communication tools to include: Stickers / training cards / booklets / presentations
Can I Include my logo and amend the posters to create a bespoke set for my business?
Yes you can, although there is a minimum quantity required. Please contact us to discuss this.
